For some of our customers we work at a level of 0 PPM.
- We used PPAP & APQP tools on regular basic to qualify all new products. our control plans outline our strong system of SPC, in line inspection and final inspection which control good quality production.
- We have a team of engineers who are independently capable of designing suitable components, optimizing manpower and materials for final testing to achieve desired parameter.
- We have a full-fledged Tool Room & Inspection Department with Qualified Engineers and State of the Art Measuring & Testing Equipment.
- We provide the necessary training to analyse right from the processing till dispatch of goods to all personnel who work in our factory.
